Nkeiru came to the gathering to talk about connectivity and international law. She metioned that as of 2009 only 7 African States were members of the International Cable Protection Committee (ICPC) and that she hoped that would change. She went on to say that Africa needs some kind of cross-cultural data and information exchange - if progress is to be achieved, you can't exist in isolation
