David is Kenyan, holder of a Bachelors in Building Economics (UoN), Thinker and Project Manager, who has become an avid user of technology and trusted Business Contact.

Primarily, I continue to gain experience in the Construction of Buildings, Quantity Surveying and in Project Management in a variety of project areas both in the technology and the building Industry.

Experience includes in-depth understanding of Tendering and Procurement procedures (Tender Documentation, Bids solicitation, Evaluation, Award ), Real Estate & Infrastructure Development , Event Management and Preparing Go-to-market strategy for new projects.

My passion for socio-economic projects has pulled me into the steering committee of various respectable institutions as a thinker and Trusted Strategist,
